I first started coming to Murphy Family Density in 2003. Now I noticed it on the way home one day and was having some issues, so I stopped in and started talking to him and just formed a relationship with him, an outstanding relationship with him. From there, one of the reasons I continued to come back is the friendliness of the staff, the professionalism and the care they seem to have about your emotions, your composure, and the whole nine yards. They really seem to take care of you and make sure that you’re not in any discomfort in any way. Before they’ve started any procedure with me, they’ve outlined exactly what was going to take place step by step. That’s been very confident. You’re not surprised during a procedure at all. The fact that they have a high level of education, you teach Southwest and some of the other schools, I find very comforting. Their knowledge, their experience, along with the technology makes it an outstanding place to come. I would say you will be a hard pressed to find and more professional, simply outstanding dentist in the whole DFW area. Through the years I’ve ventured down in being retired military, I’ve been through the military dental program, and so other dental programs in the va. I have never found a dental program of people that are so calm and caring about your outcome and your dental health. I strongly recommend these people to anyone.

This is top of the line in every respect, in every way. I feel so great coming in here and this openness and warmth, and they’re very caring, friendly, accommodating, whatever you need. They’re here to do it. They absolutely go out of their way to make you comfortable and put you at ease. They just talk so softly and smoothly and you’re at ease before the camaraderie. How are your grandkids? What’s new in your life? And that kind of thing. And then before you know it, you’re at ease. Even if you’re a little anxious, the service that their employees give you, in addition to the doctors, they have the same goal. You’re number one. I developed a receding portion of one of my front teeth. Dr. Naja was able to take care of that very easily and very quickly. Well, having been to other dentists, I would have to say that it is the warmth and the friendliness and the caring that I appreciate so much. Even though I only see ’em a couple of times a year. I feel like I’m part of their family the minute I walk in here. So I think that makes a lot of difference to me because other offices have not been that way. I didn’t want to leave the other day. I truly didn’t want to leave. I told Donna, I said, I’d like to just sit here all so warm and comfortable.

It is been at least 15 years that we’ve been coming here. I really like the way Dr. Wynn and Dr. Naja have a personal connection with us. They make sure that you feel comfortable and they sit down and take the time to go over the treatment plan they want to do for you. And so it’s just a very personal connection. Over the years, I’ve of course had some fillings. I’ve had a special gum graft where Dr. Naja had noticed that my gums were receding back. So we’ve covered a lot of different procedures. When they get done examining, Dr. Wynn or Dr. Naja will come in and sit down and not only do they explain the treatment plan they’re going to do, but they’ll show you using their awesome height tech equipment, exactly what it is that needs to be done, and they’ll go through different options with you.
So you feel like you’re getting that personal touch, and you also have a say so in the kind of plan that you want. We did have one point where we had to change Dennis due to insurance, and I wasn’t happy at all. And matter of fact, I came back to them and I asked them, I said, can I just come back even if I pay out of pocket? And they said, don’t worry about it. We will work with you. And they worked with me even though my insurance wasn’t covered at that time. And since then I’ve gotten insurance back with them. But it’s awesome.

I’ve been coming here since 2003 and been with ’em ever since. I liked both of the doctors. I always felt welcome and I always felt like I was taken care of. Since I’ve been coming here, I’ve routine cleanings, root canals, implants, you name it. I have a major underbite and they always made me feel comfortable doing that. We’re going to get it right. As far as the financial stuff, I knew upfront the cost and procedures. I think it’s important to have a nice healthy smile because I know me personally, it makes me feel better in the home building business. I deal with homeowners. I deal with realtors, so I have to speak and talk all day long, every day. The building here, the layout here is very nice. I enjoy it. I really enjoy it, and it’s very nice and warm place. You come here as a patient, I think that you’ll be well taken care of and well informed what’s going on and what’s going to go on, and they always treat you with open arms. So what could you ask for? I would highly recommend Murphy Family Dentistry.

I’ve been coming here since the office opened, so I’ve seen them grow and develop and their business grow and develop, and I’ve referred patients and have been so blessed to be a part of this. They strive in every way, to keep ahead of technology and to be on top of dentistry and in their practice, they are people of integrity and they run a wonderful office. Their staff is very professional. They seek to help you understand preventative efforts to make your dental health their first priority, but they also don’t seem anxious or pushy. They’re conservative in their approach to helping people. They don’t want you to have procedures that are not needed. And if you’re in a position to have to go through some procedures that may not be comfortable, they make it the best they can. I’ve had routine work, of course, but I’ve had a lot of dental care.

My latest was a tooth implant, which was not good news the day I heard that I needed that. But I was put at ease. The day of the procedure, I just took the least anesthetic and kind of watched the procedure in a way, and it was very tolerable. The removal of the tooth was going to be exposed in my smile, and I was very concerned. And so the dentists were able just to give me a temporary setup to where I didn’t have any concern, and that helped me a lot, but I’m so happy that I got to go through it here. I feel like these dentists drive to make people very comfortable and served.

Hi, my name is Diane and I’m a patient of Dr. Woods and Dr. Jeri and I have got to tell you how excited I am about my Invisaline aligners. I am amazed. I didn’t think I needed that because my top teeth were fine, but my bottom teeth were getting really cooking, and I have seen amazing results in just four trays. It’s just unbelievable. It’s just absolutely unbelievable, and I recommend this to anybody who is considering getting braces and who is being recommended by the doctors here because they know their stuff and I’m amazed.

Hi, my name is Dorothy and I’ve been part of Murphy Family Dentistry for over 10 years. We just checked, but I really enjoyed this crew. They always take care of me. It’s very personalized service, but one of the things I wanted to talk about is that Dr. Nguyen mentioned that I should get a mouth guard because I grind too much, and I was really skeptical for about a year or so. And then I actually tried it and you can really see in this mold just how much I ground my teeth together, but it’s also kind of eased a lot of my jaw pain. And I noticed that I haven’t been chipping my teeth because there’s protection there at night. And I usually do wear it every night because it really does relieve a lot of stress, especially along here. But it’s better. And there was one point in which I accidentally broke it. It’s very secure, but I did manage to break it once before they set me up with a new one. And the Walmart brand, it doesn’t compare. It’s not personalized, they don’t clean it. But here, if you get your own, then they clean it for you and it really fits your teeth to the teeth, I guess. Anyway, I just want to thank Murphy Family Dentistry for All was taking care of me.

I wanted to share something really good with you. Last year, my daughter was getting married and I was a little worried about how I’m going to look in the pictures. I had a really wonky upper half, meaning long teeth, short canines, and it was horrible in the bottom. The bottom half was totally crowded, and Dr. Vin and Dr. Naja at Murphy Family Dentistry tried to convince me. They’ve been trying to convince me for some time, but I really loved the way they showed me what Invisalign could do and honestly, because of the way their encouragement, I wore Invisalign, the way it was supposed to be done all the time. And I got done really earlier than what I was expecting. And pictures in that wedding were really awesome. And this is what I look like.
